All rugs are  colour coded  and listed upon collection. All rugs are de-haired before washing and for excessively hairy rugs there is a small charge for this service. Rugs are washed/Proofed  using Nikwax Products for the best results.

To avoid any shrinkage problems, we wash on cool washes only, and then rugs are line dried or in our purpose built drying area.  We can offer  a  emergency 24 hours service at  extra cost and if necessary also have rugs that we can lend to our customers at no charge unless the rug is damaged.
